Not really, it was in the USA where dumbness and lethal weapons go hand in hand.  Unsurprisingly the man shot at is suing the arse off the police.  I hope he wins big time.  Eventually the forces there will realise better recruiting, training and leadership will cost them less than the inevitable payouts.

Perhaps the only good thing to come out of this incident is futher proof that body cams are game changers.
