That picture still makes me feel hungry.

On the vomit front, are you all taking your acidophilus? A huge percentage of the bacteria that feed your immune system live in your gut and vomiting gets rid of them leaving you open to infection. The acidophilus helps build them back up.

No need to worry it is not The Vomit .... we had that after Christmas. This is vomit (small v) caused by the little boys sniffing and swallowing whilst they have colds. Phlegm is what is upcoming .... not pretty but at least almost odourless if slimey to pick up.

Lunch anyone?
