The edition in the link you posted is a different edition, extra disc etc. Think that ones about ?50 over here. Mine is a single disc version in an ordinary DVD case and is thus cheaper.

We pay well over the odds for this sort of thing in the UK.  noooo:

Xbox's will not run copied games in supplied form.

You have to (i'm told) send your Xbox off to a man who performs various technofuckery on it and sends it back to you subtley changed. It will then run naughty discs. This is ellegal and I have not done it.

There is also a rumour that if you take your dodgy Xbox online THEY can tell and before you can finish your first online gane THEY are knocking on your door ready to drag you out into the street and kill you.

Its feasible that Microsoft would be able to tell as they already have software capable (at least in theory) of telling a dodgy copy of windows from a genuine one. Having said that, there is a huge part of the hacking community that go out of their way to work out how to crack anything they can produce.

?40.
rubschin: $60 = ?40  rubschin:

No.  $60 = ?30 + bowlful of cream.   What a country!  And what a ffing dumb population that puts up with it.

I REFUSE to buy anything that ignores the exchange rate.  Yes! I'll be on XP for as long as it takes, and  if they don't sort it, I be on Linux.

Ahem...

'Meteorite' Crash Breeds Mass Hysteria

Quote from: Some Web Site
Despite doubts expressed by geologists that the crater was actually caused by a meteorite and firm explanations that a meteorite would not even emit fumes and that the "sickness" was likely a case of mass hysteria, numerous onlookers far and wide were fascinated by the idea that this event could be some real-life "Andromeda Strain" (the 1969 novel by Michael Crichton), where a mysterious rock falling to Earth from outerspace made anyone who went near it ill.
