I wonder if you're right BM? I've just realised why it logged me out? Good this.  .  .  .  .  getting nearer the 10 post, so I can get decorating!!!!  Is everyone watching the rugby?????

I was watching the Rugby yes.  Two good matches.

Just spoken to lil Bruv in Swizzyland ~ Flight was OK (For Sleazy Jet, bus and train connections worked out via net by his personal travel agent (ME!) have all worked and he is sitting in Zurich, drinking a beer, watching pretty girls and waiting for his last train connection which will take him to the village where his daughter lives.

Oh and welcome to the Fairy ~ So what was Peter's "Last Big Adventure?" answer that and I'll know you are real.  If you can't you are pretending to be Tinkerbell.

Um yes. . . would that be when poor peter went back for wendy some years later and found her a married lass with kids???????? He palled up with Jane :(  Do I pass the test???

Peter's reply when told he faced certain death at the hands of Captain Hook was "Now that really would be a great adventure"

This does not appear in the many reprints of the book but strangely Disney used it in the film "Hook" in a slightly altered form.

As a child I was taught that "Death is the Last Great Adventure" and it came from a very old copy of Peter Pan that my mother owned. Thus it was explained to me when my mother's parents died that they had gone on a Last Great Adventure.

If you'd waited five minutes I would have got that right!

Now death, that would be an awfully great adventure.

I think that was more like the wording of it!
