I once attended a seminar (motivational one) where the speaker was Frank Dick, one time athletics coach. He started his presentation by saying, in a broad Scots accent, that he had always found it hard to get people to take him seriously ~ "Well would you listen to anyone who said 'Hi, my name is Dick, Frank Dick' ...?"
Strangely, having got that out of the way, he turned out to be very good. I see from Google that he still turns a crust in this manner.

Remove crown that's giving me gype, take out remmants of tooth, leave gap.

At the last visit we taked about a bridge or an implant. As the implant could cost up to £2,500  eeek: it's either the bridge or, if I find it's not a bother, leave the gap.
