Back to school eh?

Our long planned holiday, designed to enable the THW to relax for a week before the GSCE term starts has now been turned round by her into a "This has been planned to make sure I fail everything by cutting into my revision time"

My reply that "If you don't know it now a week's worth of reading old notes is not going to help" has not been well received.

Personally it's not April 20th I long for ~ it is September 2011 when she goes to uni and is out of my hair. Banghead

Just had a  call from work. before I went on leave I had to be interviewed for a grievance a member of staff had taken against some policy or other. It was a pretty straight forward interview until out of left field I was asked if I thought she was being bullied by a certain character ( my boss  eeek:  )

I said I had seen no evidence to support this and believed that there was a historic issue with the 2 characters with mistrust but no bullying ....

I was just rung up to inform that she had got the results of her grievance and transcripts of the interviews . She has thrown a complete wobbly and resigned because of things I have said.

Cannot friggin wait to get into work on Monday  noooo: noooo:

I tell you ... I am fit to explode right now.

She can try and take this to an Employment Tribunal all she wants but I was asked my opinion ....my fecking opinion nothing else.  evil:

It wasn't even part of the basis of her original grievance
