This will rumble on for some time - she intends to go to an Employment tribunal and is looking for compo for the stress and damage to her reputation etc ...blah blah blah.

She is claiming she can no longer work in the place because of the lies and untruths that have been said about her   .  What a load of crap  

She simply cannot accept anyone saying anything negative about her behaviour or attitude. Grow up woman !!!!

It transpires that the transcripts of the interviews should not have been sent out without my consent first and that I should have had the opportunity to proof read these and verify contents. Obviously none of which has happened. I still have not been provided with a copy. Do you ever get the feeling you are being stitched up.

I have put this in writing today. Expressing my disatisfaction with the events to date and the impossible position I have been put in because of someone's else cock up.

Sent off to Director and Chief Exec - and been advised it is not a good time to be creating 'waves'

Advice for office managers: Keep the sexual harassment complaint forms in the bottom drawer. That way, when she goes to get one you'll get a great view of her arse.

I am writing feedback for the unsuccessful candidates for The Job. One is an Egyptian wumman. SHe was crap. SHe is threatening action over her rejection. SHe is clearly bonkers

Have 2 full days of interviews next week 8 - 7pm ( god help the person who gets the last slot of the day  ) - one person who was not even shortlisted rang up today to complain.

We had over 50 applications and his reason for wanting to leave his current position is that he didn't like travelling throught the Blackwall tunnel every day ..in fact commuting in general 

He didn't make the cut
