I guess we all have to go through it at some time or another...it's just finding the coping mechanisms that work for you ...I'm still trying to do that
I lost my mum to cancer when I was 24...You never forget, but it does get better in time. Everyone has their own way of dealing with grief, but it's not easy. It helps to have someone to talk to, I dont know, perhaps PT may turn out to be the friend you need at this time
