Honorary Friday today.

According to the news this morning the evening rush hour starts at noon (!) I might try and get away a little bit earlier, 15 minutes if I'm lucky.

The AA reckon that this will be the busiest Easter ever on the roads. God knows why. We are forecast rain, sleet, snow, wintery showers and overnight temperatures of -3

I'll have the comforts of home thanks very much (that said, I'll be sat freezing my nuts off at the rugby tomorrow afternoon)

I understand that some areas the kids have been on Holiday since last weekend. That would explain the queues of caravans last Friday/ Saturday then. They've come for the fortnight. Today's lot will be just for the long weekend I s'pose.
Ah well, heating is fixed, logs are in the shed ~ I'll not be venturing far that's for sure.
