Add/remove programs
« on: October 08, 2007, 02:35:20 PM »
Decided to re-use a pc, so went to clear down the apps rather than trashing it and re-building it.
Add/remove programs showed 2 instances of Acrobat Reader and nowt else. Got annoyed but Technet fixes were no good.
Changed list option to "frequently used" and lo and behold, all the apps suddenly!

Stupid, stupid, stupid! cussing:

Me? I know a bit about lots of topics but the phrase "A little knowledge is a dangerous thing" really does apply to computers.

The universe is run by the complex interweaving of three elements. Energy, matter, and enlightened self-interest.
