Oh, and the shadow of the person taking the piccie. ;D

I assumed the shadow was some sort of phallic shaped gate post.

I want to beleive that the pointy bits protruding at the sides of the shadow are elbows as well.

Does the car get to sleep on the bed?

Seriously, very nice and you will enjoy keeping it that clean and shiny.

Looks a bit like a Bombay taxi drivers idea of a rearranged Beetle.

Seriously. Ask anyone with a black car.....like me. ::)

Looks brillo when clean, but they don't stay that way for long, like, a quick trip to the late shop even renders it a filthy disgrace to the neighbourhood.

What have I started? She'll be asking advice on how to clean it next no doubt. ::)

She might prefer to go for a 'Buy Wenchy a Car Wash' appeal instead.

I owned a black Citroen XM limo once and washing it every day wasn't enough.

That's the jobby!

Crackin' motor WHEN they were mobile. ::)

I got over 140,000 miles out of mine, so no complaints there.   The electrics could be a bit touchy at times though.

It was why it went in the end.  Far too complex for it's time and far too many toys fitted - but I did like the password start interlock.

Virtually ALL cars are fitted with too much totally uneccessary toys shite on them now.

Auto wipers?
Auto headlights?
Electric seats?
Auto dipping interior mirror?

...to name just a few for the bone idle. Don't complain when they break down, as they surely will. ::)

WHY?

WHY?

Big Boys toys That's why! (and girls too these days)  I've got more goodies than you have.

Returning to vaguely on-topic - The C4 Grand Picasso that I have now is cute, but I can't help wondering what would happen if I turned up to take a driving test in it.

1.   No handbrake (in the conventional sense)
2.   Gears?  Neither automatic or manual really.
3.   No clutch.
4.   Assisted hill starts.
5.   Parking assistance (automatically measures space to decide if big enough)
6.   If big enough all round sensors guide in to park
7.   Speed limiter to 30mph if needed.
8.   Anti lock brakes.
9.   Panoramic vision and mirrors.
10.  Proximity sensors.

Group B1 at a pinch?  After all, what would they actually be able to test me on?

Anyone failing their test in that, should be shot.

Tell you. One of the best little cars i've driven of late is the Citroen C1, mainly because of it's total simplicity, and therefore lack of things to go wrong.
Windey up windows even! eeek:
