I've just picked up a bottle of Schweppes Tonic from the local offy. It's got a New Spirit Measuring Cap on it

It was probably launched in the summer and I'm well behind the times, but...

Who the hell measures out spirits at home?

And, come to think of it, what are the measures... something about gills... or Jill's .... fish?

Upright when measuring water for the beer... sides otherwise...
