Mine do on the kid's MP3  whistle:

That's bloody good news. happy088

Haven't got time to order online now, so I'll meander down to 'MP3's Are Us' tomorrow, head phones in hand for a test drive of the latest models. drumroll:
If you want it for your hols I recommend a set of noise cancelling headphones… they basically remove all the background noise on the ‘plane – engines, screaming kids wife, etc. and allow you to enjoy the music in silence.

Pick them up at Dixons in the airport or buy on-line if you have time…

I've seen this mentioned by someone on here in the past IIRC. rubschin:

Aren't they horrendously expensive...a 3 figure sum? eeek:
No... there are loads for under £50 now...

Well I've just started 'ripping' some cd's, but trying to select certain tracks only.
The bloody thing WON'T stop though. It just carries on rippin' every useless track that i don't want.
What am i doin' wrong then? ::)

Avoid iPods like the plague. also avoid white earphones.

I was thinking of a nice pair of pink fluffy ones tbh. They could double up as ear muffs for the impending winter? cloud9:

That's encouraging.
Those little ones that you shove into your ear cavity are crap in my experience. They always fall out.

Put a little square of Velcro on each one, then attach them to your ear-hairs.

So to summarise you can either be like a big kid and spend a fortune on all sorts of toys gadgets that will be out of date inside of 6 months or you can buy something that will enable you to listen to some music. Your Call Big Fella!

Same as any other digital device ..... Save or delete options are available on all MP3s.

Another reason why Mrs S and I tend to stick with our trusty old fashioned 35mm. I do have a digital camera (Minolta Dimage Z1 for the technically minded and the nosey) but the Praktica (Mrs S) and the Pentax (Mine) suit us very nicely thanks. The digital really only gets used for the magazine so that I can transfer pics to the printed page without the fag of scanning them.

You need a 6 year old to explain how it all works

Well all going swimmingly well 'ere like. Rippin' and copying everything in sight following a mass deletion of all the old crap that was buried in MY music file, that everyone else had been in it seems.
Found some right old shite, I can tell you. ::)

Nice bit of Zep and stuff now. happy088

Bit of a slow process loading 260 of me favourite toons though. whistle:
