My boys tell me that Smart Price Jaffa Cakes are smaller and not "quite" as good as the real ones.
They can tell the difference in "blind testing" but given the choice of Asda or nowt they say that Asda are "acceptable"

I don't like Jaffa Cakes - real macoy or not  sick2: sick2: sick2:

At last I may have found a soul mate ~ I hate the horrid things ..... but everyone else raves about them, TBH I thought it was just me.

There is a genetic defect in the taste buds of anyone who can tolerate simultaneous chocolate and orange flavours, IMHO.

There is also a textural problem with cake and goo concoctions, in which I would include trifles. sick2:
