Dear All

Just to let you know one of the action points from the last Tenant Liason meeting was the security of the building reference to people gaining access during our working day - one of the points raised was could the magnetic lock be on during the working day? Its has been decided that yes the magnetic lock will be on during the day as from Tuesday 16th october. The intercom also works at Annabels desk for those who have missed this email for one reason or another and we do stipulate that it's a trial period lasting from now until the next scheduled meeting on 22nd October. Deliveries etc will still be accepted as they can buzz and speak to the receptionist. We will ensure that reception is manned at all times to avoid people not being able to gain access. We have tested the magnetic lock to ensure it releases during a bell test/fire evacuation. The alarm sounds and the lock is automatically released.

The keypad code is

drumroll:

12345   - please can you make all of your members of staff aware of this.

Comes as no surprise.
When working in security I once met an MD who boasted that no-one would ever guess the number sequence for his offices as he had set it himself. I waited two days and got my Sec to ring his Sec and tell her that we wanted to send cards to our customers on their birthdays and could she please tell us his birthday and age. She did and the next day I was in before he knew it. whistle:
If you want to try a spot of breaking and entering the most common combos are 12345 or 54321, the diagonals from left to right or right to left or the Security Manager's DoB.  ::)
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.
