On this point does adding spam to junk email lists or blocked senders list have any impact?

Doesn't seem to do anything when I try - bloody Natwest / Abbey Nation/ Royal bank of scotland still get through -  Angry9:

The Yahoo mail thing works well - they have excellent spam filters... I may have to route this account through Yahoo to get rid of it all...
