Be warned my children ~ better things will be along just as your warranty runs out.
Go for a walk in Kew Gardens Wenchy ~ it'll do you more good and not cost anything like as much.

She's got Nonsuch Park a stones throw away.

True but they do have a "new" car so I thought the little drive to Kew, a stroll in the Gardens, Lunch at that nice pub opposite the gates (name escapes me but they used to do a splendid S & K Pud and all the trimmings.) Then perhaps a look at the river and home for a slap up tea of hot buttered crumpets and choccy cake. Lovely way to spend a Saturday in Autumn.  cloud9:

The pub is the Greyhound on Kew Green

I knew it would come to me if I thought about it!

If all goes well and he gets a good lunch Wenchy might even get Mr W into Bentalls, Kingston for a spot of pre-Christmas shopping in the afternoon.

I honestly believe that if you want on in time for Christmas if you see it, buy it now. They are a complete nightmare to get hold of and I'm not convinced there will be any in the sales in January simply because they will be snapped up. It's been like this since they were released.

I know friends in the States are saying that they are still in short supply over there. They get delivered on a Saturday morning and they are well gone by Monday.

I won't touch these sort of products until they have been out long enough for the defects to be exposed.

The Wii has a good reputation and I think it is a safe buy.

As for Xbox360's.. well........erm..... cussing:

I went to Kew Gardens this year on my birthday. There is a very nice eaterie in the park itself.
The Princess Diana house is very good, liked it a lot.

I think Wozza Thomson has a place on the green.

Heading up to Epsom Downs after we pick the car up. Taking the kite so fingers crossed for wind. Bit of lunch at the Rubbing House, vino for me, squash for Mr Wench!  point:

I want a wii. Mr Wench doesn't.  sad24:

Given the correct pronunciation of Wii Wenchy girl, you could, perhaps, have phrased that rather differently! As it stands it is wide open to misinterpretation!

I'm surprised DS didn't pick up on it!
"Political Correctness is a doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end."

Well, someone had to say it!

Well if it is knackered beyond repair you could always use it as a practice run for one of these beauties.
