Unbelievable

He gets a 3 year community supervision order (Didn't that used to be called Probation?) for blinding (in one eye) a 97 year old man on a tram. What is this country coming to?
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.

Because it would mean that some really dangerous coucil tax evader woiuld have to be released in order to free up a cell for him and we can't have that can we?  Banghead
