The hair is OK.

It draws your eyes away from the teeth.

No ~ It's suffering from a life time of being dyed. It is still being dyed but she is also going bald, as many older ladies who dye their hair do so a "style" has been devised to make her look "younger" ~ Proof indeed that there is nothing as delusional as an old woman in the hands of an expensive hairdresser.

 BTW she is 65 ~ allegedly.
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.

No.  But there are good expensive hairdressers and there are not-so-good-but-still-expensive hairdressers.  And they outnumber the former.
