Just going through my briefcase and I found the renewal letter for my car insurance.

No problem, I've been busy renewing it.

Interesting, because it's technically a 'new' quote I managed to reduce the annual premium by £37.00, have a lower excess and a better quality and longer loan period for the courtesy car.

Result!

No I just phoned the renewal department who transferred me to the new business section. I couldn't be bothered to get other quotes mainly because they already are aware of my congenital heart condition and have recorded that the DVLA had said it's OK for me to drive. Any other company would hum and ha about it and I couldn't face the hassle.
