Why do USB plugs never ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, (recurring) fit the socket when you try and push them in?  Banghead

Then you turn them over ‘cos they must be upside down and they still don’t fit so you turn them back up the way they were originally then they fit!  cussing:

When I was a young man, the name for people like you was "Cack-handed".

There is no doubt a more modern and offensive term available for people who break keys in locks, round-off heads on bolts and jam zippers.
