A plan to build, in the government's words:

Quote
...160,000 new zero-carbon homes, 225,000 new jobs, extra college places, more training opportunities and better transport links.

a tad ambitious I'd say but what really worries me is that the area designated for development seems to match the area shown to be under the threat of flooding  eeek:

And as has been amply demonstrated in Prestatyn and Rhyl ~ anywhere designated as "flood plain" or "flood liable" by the Government is now experiencing difficulties in obtaining insurance. Several Building Societies now refuse any applications for mortgages in those towns because of this.

Well I know it's not Ed Balls-up or Hilarious Benn but after that the rest are such nonentities that I'm hard put to name them.

No doubt the government will provide a guarantee that mortgages and insurance will be available to people that buy in their grand scheme – guaranteed with taxpayer’s money of course…  Banghead

I expect she will say that nobody told her she should avoid places which might be flooded by the sea.

She thought it was only rivers that flooded and damaged homes.

That won't wash - that blue ribbony thing in the background is a river - it just happens that it's also near the sea.
