Yes, grass growing on the roof, all the water recycled etc. Coachloads of tourists, especially Japanese ones.

I know. I go past them every day.
They are for wind power - zero energy etc.

It certainly caught theye of my northern relatives when they visited - they decided that I was living in a very strange part of the world.
