It's early.
It's dark.
It's cold.
The good chocolate stash ran out at 7:00pm.
I forgot to take the turkey out to defrost this morning.
My sewing machine needle broke last night.
I am STILL gluing Christmas cards.

Is it suprising I am difficult to please today?

No!

I am having My Christmas this weekend. As MILFH does not do Christmas food the way I do and if I don't get it I will be grumpy all year. It is more about the left overs then it is about the actual meal. So, I will be cooking turkey tomorrow and having leftovers Sunday and next week.

Leftover plan.

Sausagemeat and turkey on toast
Sausagemeat and turkey sandwiches
Turkey and bubble and squeak
Turkey curry
Turkey stew and dumpling
Turkey soup

Turkey is a very economical thing to cook!
