WTF?
« on: December 19, 2007, 10:54:32 AM »
I have just receivved a text from Orange :-

"Hi from Orange. We've reveiwed your phone usage and the great news is that you are already on the best plan, so there's nothing for you to do"

Firstly, why send me something that basically says nothing. And secondly, I use my phone in line with the terms of the contract I chose, as this one suited me best.

Useless, useless bastards  cussing:

eeek: I had one of those too ~ do you think it's some perverse advertising campaing saying "You have made the right choice ~ well done" to make us feel more loved?

Actually I am in the throes of chosing a different provider and switching from Orange because their coverage round here is shite.
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.

Thats because orange are useless full stop  Banghead

I think its a pathetic attempt to try and keep the image conscious customers who are considering getting an Iphone with O2 instead.
The universe is run by the complex interweaving of three elements. Energy, matter, and enlightened self-interest.

I think I have mentioned this before, but it may be worth repeating. A mate of mine was European Brand Manager for Orange in the early days. She said the Northern Ireland launch was a nightmare eeek:
