« on: January 03, 2008, 05:39:50 PM »
Mrs Nick has gone out for the evening and left me here. She has locked the back door. She also has, for some reason, my keys. I am locked in. More to the point so is the cat! evil:

She did ask to go out, but what could I do? noooo:

I am getting a touch of Dormez Vous here Nick.

Why do you not follow our practice of having three sets of keys? One for Mrs, one for me and a spare in the key safe in my office lest we find ourselves in the situation you are currently experiencing.

You could put the cat out of the window ~ I know it's a longish drop but cats always land on their feet ~ unless you tie a piece of buttered toast to their backs that is.  whistle:

I had considered that, but it is, as you say, a long drop. And I know the buttered toast theory too.

She has gone back to bed...............oh shit......................
