One of which is a three hour meeting this morning to talk about our crap database - of which I know little to nothing about the technical stuff. How the hell do I get through that without curling up in a ball in the corner of the room and just confirming I don't give a f**K just fix it. In fact that sounds like a very productive stategy 
Use the "bulls**t baffles brains approach. Throw in a few phrases like:

You need to focus
The bottom line is
We need total continuous improvement (describing it as TCI scores extra points)
Let's have a some benchmarks
Think outside the box
This has to be result driven
Push the envelope
You must get in “win-win” at least three times
(Actually, your "curling up in a ball in the corner of the room and just confirming I don't give a f**K just fix it" approach sounds a lot better)
