You should be able to just paste the Youtube URL into your message - we have some clever software which recognises it...

Ta for the advice Barman. That is what I do but when I preview the message the TV screen says "this clip is no longer available, but I know it is. Me and technology DO NOT go hand in hand. Askour IT bods at work. If someone's gonna find a problem with it, they give it me to "trial"
