Both races eat Dog as do some Chinese. Indonesia, Mexico, Nigeria, The Phillipines, Polynesia and even Germany, France and Switzerland all have a history of the consumption of dogs. China farms and exports the animals for the purpose.
In extremis Canadians and Norwegians have been known to eat dogs ~ usually arctic explorers.
