That takes me back a bit. One of our favourite games was spotting the weird names people gave their kids, extra points for those who managed a complete howler of First and Surnames (EG Richard Head). Mrs S#2 would take the Telegraph and I would have the Times and we would trawl the hatched, matched and dispatched pages.

My brother is called Richard William ( surname as in Nick's )

All through school he was called Dick Willy  happy001

We had a lad at school called Woodcock ~ he was known universally (by staff as well) and always referred to as Oakhampton
