You should see some of the venues I work at electrics ... Cypriots tend to use friends/family rather than the best qualified ....

One venue ,there is a cupboard for electrics that gets so hot...   that they use a fan inside to cool it ..ironically plugged into the sockets in there...

I've seen some bad stuff too...

...strangely our local Sparky - a Cypriot - is very good and a stickler for the rules and regulations. He'll learn tho, he is only young...

Best I saw this year ...after a downpour of rain ...an employee picked up the 50 metre extension roll that had been left outside ..and turned it upside down to drain the water out before plugging it in ..!!!....
