St John's Wort works for some but MUST NOT be mixed with prescribed medications as the combo can lead to suicidal thoughts and actions. I have a mate who tried this and the results were not pleasant. Taken on its own St. J's W can be very helpful in some cases.

Didn't work for me, waste of time. And I do generally believe in the herbal stuff so it does normally work for me.
Plus I think I remember reading somewhere that it was in someway connected with cataracts or something eye related anyway. It also negates the contraceptive pill, but then that won't be something that is bothering you!
