Personally I find him one of the most irritating "stars" on the box.
Others who drive me to distraction include Ronnie Corbett, Ant & Dec, Russell Brand, Jonathon Ross, Noel Edmunds, Rik Mayall and Rory McGrath.
Roy Castle used to put my teeth on edge, like finger nails being scratched down a blackboard, I think it was the innane grin that did it in his case.

Is it just me who wonders how these people ever made it in show biz or does anyone really find them funny?

I'll grant that he had a musical talent but that bloody grin drove me mad.

And the bleating about how he caught cancer 'cos he had to work in clubs where people smoked. Well he could have stacked shelves in Tesco where people didn't smoke but he wouldn't have made all that money would he?
Life choices is what it is all about. Make the wrong 'un and you've no-one to blame but yourself.

I've told you before that I met him at BBC Centre when I was very young. He may well have got the cancer from my dad and his Senior Service chain smoking while we were there :-)

I also met that fit bird who was the Dr Who assistant - Sarah Jane someone. She stirred my loins even at the tender age of four...

It is reported that I said "you have bigger boobs than my mum" to her in the lift. My dad didn't know where to look. Strangely, this fixation with the female appendages remains.
