Idiot decides to learn French

So he reckons the solution is t learn French. Has anyone reminded him that he may may also need to learn German, Italian, Greek, Urdu, Hindi, Arabic etc. etc. etc.

The man is a twit!

I used to have a handle on life but it broke.

Exactly!   A pilgrimage, where you travel from one place to the next, earning a crust by honest toil and then moving on to eventually reach your destination is one thing but this guy's plan was clearly pure freeloading. He needs to look up the definition of pilgrimage for a start.
