Quite clearly you are not familiar with that well known Sheffield dish "Cow Heel Pie" which is, as the name suggests, made from cows feet.  sick2: sick2: sick2:

I could swear that I saw pigs ears in the supermarket yesterday. Do humans really eat those?

Think BIG Pork Scratchings ~ that's what deep fried pigs ears are like .... and Pigs Cheeks are usually sold as "Bath Chaps".

As they say about the pig ..... You can eat everything except the oink!
