Having reached that time of life when it takes me all night to get round to doing to do what I used to be able to do all night ....... I think a mug of Bovril would do me more good.  confused:

Meanwhile, in another part of the world, this chap was clearly on some sort of NHS advised exercise regime and got a bit more than he bargained for.
