Sorry to break it to you Wenchy but Basil Brush was a hand puppet ~ he was/is not a real fox.
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.

I will have you know that I wrote a whole essay on The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe and how it compared to Paradise Lost when I was at Uni. I wasn't always a thicko!

'Cos I spent years trying to be "Somebody" and make "Something" of my life and when I realised I was actually on the fast track to the churchyard I discovered that it wasn't worth anything.
