Mine always does, at which point I usually walk from the room handing her the spanner/screwdriver/hammer as I pass.
I find it best not to actually speak at this stage as whatever I say is sure to be taken down and will definitely be used as evidence against me at some future date.

Fear not Tel, I have been down the same road twice, one company invited me back after 3 months when things went tits up, I declined, best thing I have ever done. Try the charity business, no doubt you have lots of skills that are transferable. Good luck and put a pint on my tab behind the bar.

BM will have a fit at the mention of the word Tab and he goes all funny if anyone suggests Slate ~ I saw him faint the other day when someone said he'd lost a slate off his roof. I suggest that "Account" might perhaps fool the old boy though.
