BM has based this game of Bingo on the same principles that underlined The Afghanistan or Iranian elections.

The outcome is known at the start - you just have to make  ?the people? believe they have a chance at the beginning before the slow realisation that it was all rigged  and the ?boss? has run off with all the takings  whistle:
