Agreed. It was the miners' strike that was the blot. The handling of that was shocking.
The blot?  Do you not remember the Poll Tax?

She didn't muck about she just did stuff.  Much good, some bad.

I personally did very well out of the Thatcher years but a lot of good people were destroyed.   A large number of stupid ways were thrown in the bin and she tried to give us one or two stupid ways in return.

Still RIP to her.
Well, whatever, nevermind

And they still bloody are ..... Weak! Feeble!

Time we got out altogether. Maggie knew it then and we know it now.
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.

I never was a big fan of Maggie, but did have respect for her. She did do some good things and was actually a damned good PM in fairness.

Makes it all the more abhorently disgusting seeing some of the vile 'celebrations' of her death that have been going on throughout the UK, including some knuckle dragging interbreeds on the council estate over the road from here last nigght, setting off fireworks, mainly by young morons that are obviously pig thick ignorant, brain dead and weren't even dragged onto this planet when she was in power.

Do we really have to share this country with this filth?

The whole lot need wasting. Angry9:
