Met him when I was in the Brompton Hospital, nicked his dinner when they took him down for his pacemaker replacement - well I hadn't eaten all day as I had been transferred there, so no meal request for me.

He was fun with great stories, didn't want to talk about art, twas all about cars.

Same here  eeek:  Very sad to see her go, dunno about her books but she was entertaining and talked real sense.  500 million books sold is just staggering, someone must have liked them.

Was a bit painful to watch imho.  A once great humbled by age and seems he needs the money so has to promote his tour.
