Depends how you cook it. But I suppose being surrounded by sheep day in and day out must make you jaded!
Actually it was some cold lamb that Mrs S produced one day for supper. It was left over from a Sunday Roast but later that night I got The Vomit which went on for three days and all I could taste was lamb fat
I cannot even stand the smell of it anymore.
When we do have lamb I insist that Lil Bruvver (The Butcher) removes all bones and fat before I will even let it into the house (It is actually the marrow in the bone that gives leg o lamb that distinctive flavour). I do eat Loin of lamb, which is the eye of the chops, when it is taken out as a whole joint rather than being turned into chops.
