I know. I can dole it out, just not very good at taking it.
Ok new card is in, I can now play the DVD's I've converted over to watch on my pda so I'm half way there. Now it just tells me that my resolution and colour settings are too high to play DVD's but lowering them still brings up the error message.
I've spent too mch cash and taken too much time in building this machine the way I want it to try that approach Barman
Ok problwm solved although I'm buggered if I know why. I tried installing media player classic and now I can play DVD's on the other programs as well. As far as I know there arent any codec updates in the install. Having said that I'm not looking a gift horse in the mouth.
