None of the above. In my considered opinion the man is just a idiot. If there were any true natural justice the bullet would have ricocheted of the wall and blown the back of his vacuous head off.

Having given in to curiosity and watched 'The Real Excorcist' on Virgin 1 last night I'm surprised that more people havent tried that as a defence.

If possession is just screaming profanities and pulling faces which was all that was shown in the program then it should be an easy ticket back onto the street.
