Any suggestions for accurate mapping sites? I've just done a location search for a hotel in London; Streetmap and Multimap place it near Oxfor Circus, ViaMichelin puts it at Marble Arch. Now I know it's at Marble Arch, I just wanted to check the street. The hotel's website confirms the location so why do Streetmap and Mutimap get it so wrong?
Were you as careful entering the data on "Mutimap"?
Anything other than google maps. That gives out some really bizzare directions depending on the search. Slightly further afield but the best one is chicago to london. swimming the atlantic via france.

As ever DS, I defer to your greater experience I feel a research coming on..."Bidets of Fitzrovia, Water pressure and related fluctuations" Might I enlist your support as roving researcher sans portfolio?
I can report that the hotel was where I thought, not up some back passage in Fitzrovia What a transformation though, Reception is now like a cavernous night club with the lighting so low, I had to phone m'colleague to find him The Restaurant would now appear to be under the Gary Rhodes brand and with an Avocado salad at ?22.50...
