Warehouse full of stock you can't shift, do what these guys have done. Charge £2.99 for a lucky dip bag. I've been looking at some of the customer videos and the things they have been getting out of the bags have been amazing and have included Ipod shuffles, arcos mp4 players, little remote controlled cars, IP Phones.

Good plan ~ follow the link and find "OUT OF STOCK" ~ "Please leave your email address and we'll notify you when we have more stock".

Well that's one way of building an advertising mailshot database I suppose.  ::)
