School Orchestras

The Boy has been invited to join as pianist and today was his first rehearsal.

I sneaked in to have a listen.

20 kids on brass. Boy on Piano, various strings and flutes.A drummer. HT on bass guitar. One cello.

Innumerable scraping violins.

And what were they playing?

Currently I am being force fed the THW practicing Erik Satie's "Gymnopodie No1"  Banghead Over and over again

I can't stand it. I am infamous at my old school for in my dulcet tones piping up that you could see why they were beginners.  redface:
