Only if the reasons for doing it are nefarious. I have yet to be 'groomed' by a 'comedy foreigner'
I don't see anything wrong with a bit of 'Away with the fairies' behaviour on the net as long as it isn't malicious, acting out an Alta-ego on the net is one of the few freedoms that is left to most ordinary folk these days
