I am no getting concerned about H&S. The Council want weekly access to my garden to change the gas canister. What if the operative has an accident? Emma must give me a contract!

It probably be you that will need to take out insurance.

I live on an "unadopted" road (Snoopy will confirm- potholes that would not look out of place on the lunar surface). No tarmac, unless we club together, and no street lights. Do I get a council tax discount? Well? Do I?
