Mrs S gave birth to a baby boy in the early hours of this morning so she will not be posting with her usual frequency. ;)

Do offer our congratulations to Mrs S and presumably Mr S. Do we have any details? Boy, Girl, Litter of Puppies? Size, weight and all other  relevant information is usual. Mrs TG will know these (You are not, as a mere male, expected to have remembered them) but I am sure that Wenchy, Tinkerbell, Miss D, Ice n Slice et al will want to know.

All babies are ugly ~ except to their mothers.

I refer you all to http://www.virtual-pub.com/SMF/index.php?topic=2099.0

And in the same vein:

A woman got on a bus holding a baby. The bus driver looked at the child and blurted out, "That's the ugliest baby I've ever seen!"
Infuriated, the woman slammed her fare into the fare box and took an aisle seat near the rear of the bus. The man seated next to her sensed that she was agitated and asked her what was wrong.
"The bus driver insulted me," she fumed.
The man sympathized and said, "Why, he's a public servant! He shouldn't say things to insult passengers."
"You're right," she said. "I think I'll go back up there and give him a piece of my mind!"
"That's a good idea," the man said. "Here, let me hold your monkey."

drumroll:

They don't write 'em like that any more (probably for a good reason)

Congratulations Mrs S anyway.  angel1
